After 3 minutes of play, Morris FC's Horia Buzea made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alari Jaska was left in no man's land by his defense there! 6 minutes into the match, Morris FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Jakes came free, but Sven-Edvin Britz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Horia Buzea kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Burbano Charro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Sven-Edvin Britz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the game, Sigvard Magnusson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Morris FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Revolución Joao FC the free kick. After 17 played minutes Morris FC got a freekick which was hit by Sigvard Magnusson. Diego Gracia hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the match, Revolución Joao FC's goal looked a bit too open when Horia Buzea came free, but Alari Jaska reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 28 minutes, Uriel Coca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Revolución Joao FC and the Morris FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Uriel Coca kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After 30 played minutes Morris FC got a freekick which was hit by Filip Milko. 31 minutes into the game, Patricio Jakes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Sven-Edvin Britz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Quintana in the 37th minute of play forced Morris FC's goalkeeper Sven-Edvin Britz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Morris FC's Horia Buzea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alari Jaska. That made the score 3-1 after 42 minutes of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Horia Buzea to strike the kick off in the second half. Alari Jaska showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopold Hugo in the 51st minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Revolución Joao FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leopold Hugo came free, but Alari Jaska reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Pepe Cea could shoot a difficult shot in the 59th minute, which Sven-Edvin Britz however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horia Buzea in the 66th minute of play forced Revolución Joao FC's goalkeeper Alari Jaska to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alari Jaska showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopold Hugo, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Sven-Edvin Britz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Jakes in the 74th minute of the match. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by Morris FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vigil Almenara was slow to take the kick. During this time Revolución Joao FC's players had a chance to rest. Vigil Almenara made a great header on Revolución Joao FC's corner, it was just that Morris FC's Sven-Edvin Britz managed to reach the ball for a save. Revolución Joao FC's Alari Jaska played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horia Buzea in the 78th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Uriel Coca in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sven-Edvin Britz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 82 minutes into the match, Morris FC's goalkeeper Sven-Edvin Britz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patricio Jakes. In the 90th minute Horia Buzea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alari Jaska saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Sven-Edvin Britz managed to avoid a goal in the 91stth minute, when Revolución Joao FC's Patricio Jakes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Morris FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Revolución Joao FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
