Bendito Sea El Fernet's Eustaquio Tiadoro got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gastón Hernández hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Wilfredo Igon's late challenge caught a Maravilla's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilfredo Igon helped the player get up and apologised. Maravilla's Ovidio Birila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Rosio in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Bendito Sea El Fernet's goal looked a bit too open when Saul Francho came free, but Tomás Maule reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomás Maule took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saul Francho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Maravilla getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Primitivo Txanton hit a great ball. Saul Francho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomás Maule read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. A hard shot 27 in the game by Eustaquio Tiadoro from a close distance when the talented Ovidio Birila managed to make a qualified save. Maravilla's players were relieved. In the 31st minute, Primitivo Txanton ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomás Maule was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Francho in the 35th minute of play forced Bendito Sea El Fernet's goalkeeper Tomás Maule to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Maravilla's Ovidio Birila got control of the ball when Eustaquio Tiadoro tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half Maravilla were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Santiago Bakar struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Tomás Maule didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maravilla. Ovidio Birila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Tipi in the 54th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Primitivo Txanton during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 62 played minutes Maravilla got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Txanton. Tomás Maule made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Francho in the 65th minute of play. Gastón Hernández charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gastón Hernández the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Maravilla getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Gastón Hernández hit a great ball. Baldomiro Guerrero was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 84th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Ovidio Birila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcial Rosio, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 95th match minute, Maravilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Txanton to maneuver through the defense. The Bendito Sea El Fernet supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Maravilla's performance. The match ended with a win for Maravilla.
