The audience thought a goal was coming when Moreta Bernia got free with Tzvetan Kirkorov in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Loja S.C.'s Luis-Antonio Barraza got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 19thth minute of the game Moreta Bernia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Loja S.C.'s Tzvetan Kirkorov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tzvetan Kirkorov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Veronica Pipa in the 30th minute of play. Loja S.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Moreta Bernia scored to the left of an out of position Tzvetan Kirkorov, making the score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, ...Pingue S.C....'s Jacinto Sayas got a free kick in the 40th minute.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Veronica Pipa in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tzvetan Kirkorov saved Loja S.C. from getting behind. The supporters of Loja S.C. booed when ...Pingue S.C.... was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casado Varo. didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tzvetan Kirkorov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moreta Bernia in the 63rd minute of play. Fabricio Vedeja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Estevam Gavilanes having to interfere. Veronica Pipa charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Veronica Pipa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tzvetan Kirkorov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moreta Bernia, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. When ...Pingue S.C....'s Moreta Bernia in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 81st minute, Ricardo Navedo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Estevam Gavilanes. The goal made the score 2-1. Loja S.C.'s Tomas Villadiego was substituted for Fabricio Vedeja. The ...Pingue S.C.... fans' excitement grew in the 98th match minute when ...Pingue S.C....'s Veronica Pipa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
