Florin Quelia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Etxeberri Benavides made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gartzi Nogueira in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Vanadio F.C.'s Osvaldo Peregrin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Florin Quelia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 31 played minutes, Golden Dragón F.C's Gartzi Nogueira shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Etxeberri Benavides came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Golden Dragón F.C reached it. Golden Dragón F.C's Florin Quelia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Marines in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Antecha in the 33rd minute of play forced Golden Dragón F.C's goalkeeper Florin Quelia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Golden Dragón F.C's Florin Quelia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Marines in the 35th minute of play. Manex Blancas hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Osvaldo Peregrin got free with Florin Quelia in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jatsu Belaunde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Golden Dragón F.C getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Jatsu Belaunde hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The supporters of Golden Dragón F.C booed when Vanadio F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andres Marines didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Chorche Torrescassana from long distance, 51 minutes into the match, got Etxeberri Benavides's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 53 minutes into the match, Vanadio F.C.'s goalkeeper Etxeberri Benavides had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manex Blancas. 56 minutes into the match, Eladio Sotorrio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Florin Quelia. Golden Dragón F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eladio Sotorrio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After 63 minutes of play, Vanadio F.C.'s Eladio Sotorrio made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florin Quelia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Golden Dragón F.C's Bidun Cases was substituted for Joaquim Pereta. The audience was convinced that Osvaldo Peregrin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Florin Quelia was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Florin Quelia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Antecha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute, Eladio Sotorrio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Florin Quelia was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Vanadio F.C. made a substitution. Feliu Solares replaced Xandro Zubeldia. Vanadio F.C.'s Isaac Landeribar was substituted for Pudes Goyeneta. Florin Quelia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eladio Sotorrio in the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Eladio Sotorrio made a precise shot to the right of Florin Quelia. Golden Dragón F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Vanadio F.C.'s Etxeberri Benavides proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Vanadio F.C. from getting a goal against them. Florin Quelia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andres Marines went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Etxeberri Benavides was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bidun Cases showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 7-1 in the 94 minute of play.
