Mario Dewaele recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SSC Ambrosini's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Mario Dewaele scored to the left of an out of position Aaron Glanselius, making the score, 1-2. 龙剑宽 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrik Möllgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Marcus Kilman in the 32nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Valette Stars's Mathys Chassot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrik Möllgren in the 35th minute of play forced Valette Stars's goalkeeper 龙剑宽 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Henrik Möllgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henrik Möllgren in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 龙剑宽 saved Valette Stars from getting behind. In the 45th minute of the match SSC Ambrosini got a corner. Valette Stars's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jan Malm ran over to the corner to take the kick. Armand Plaza tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired 龙剑宽. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-4 in the 45th minute. After the first half SSC Ambrosini were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mario Dewaele to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Valette Stars getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Mathys Chassot hit a great ball. Aaron Glanselius came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Valette Stars's Dave Alexis. But to his dismay, Dave Alexis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Valette Stars's Guillaume Chaine was substituted for Mario Dewaele. 69 minutes into the match, Valette Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Henrik Möllgren came free, but 龙剑宽 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan Malm made a great header on SSC Ambrosini's corner, it was just that Valette Stars's 龙剑宽 managed to reach the ball for a save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SSC Ambrosini walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
