The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, SSC Ambrosini's Henrik Möllgren dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Vasil Mushanov scored 1-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aaron Glanselius, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henrik Möllgren in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 龙剑宽 saved Valette Stars from getting behind. A throw-in in the 20th minute of the game was made by Björn Hage with Marcus Kilman as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Dewaele in the 23rd minute of play forced SSC Ambrosini's goalkeeper Aaron Glanselius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 龙剑宽 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Möllgren in the 24th minute of play. Vasil Mushanov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Björn Hage got a throw-in 33 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Christer Lundin. In the 37th minute SSC Ambrosini were awarded a corner. Jan Malm went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Valette Stars's goalkeeper 龙剑宽, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Björn Hage got a throw-in 42 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Jan Malm. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Henrik Möllgren to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Dewaele in the 54th minute of play forced SSC Ambrosini's goalkeeper Aaron Glanselius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Valette Stars fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Valette Stars's Mario Dewaele looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 60 played minutes Valette Stars got a freekick which was hit by Mathys Chassot. 龙剑宽 came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by SSC Ambrosini's Henrik Möllgren. But to his dismay, Henrik Möllgren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Valette Stars's Guillaume Chaine was substituted for Mario Dewaele. Henrik Möllgren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 龙剑宽 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Guillaume Chaine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Glanselius having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Encuțescu in the 90th minute of play forced Valette Stars's goalkeeper 龙剑宽 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by Valette Stars's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jan Malm was slow to take the kick. During this time SSC Ambrosini's players had a chance to rest. In the 92nd minute, Gösta Berggren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After taking down the ball on Valette Stars's corner Dave Alexis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aaron Glanselius quite easily take care of the ball. Guillaume Chaine did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-3 to the left of a surprised Aaron Glanselius 97 minutes into the match. Valette Stars were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
