Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Juan Manuel Vargas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Ingemar Åberg made a huge save. Protegéerna's defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Henry Roos scored to the left of an out of position Ingemar Åberg, making the score, 1-0. 11 minutes into the game, Juan Manuel Vargas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ingemar Åberg. Juan Manuel Vargas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Ingemar Åberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Roos, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Honung's Benne M'ghirbi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petter Skarkman in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Henry Roos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ingemar Åberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Honung's goalkeeper Benne M'ghirbi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. At last the ball reached Ossi Eloranta at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Honung. 3-1. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Honung's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Michael Näver was slow to take the kick. During this time Protegéerna's players had a chance to rest. Michael Näver made a great header on Protegéerna's corner, it was just that Honung's Benne M'ghirbi managed to reach the ball for a save. A sloppy throw-in by Cosme Demesio in the 30th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honung's Joachim Mager. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Henry Roos took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Ingemar Åberg to make any attempt to save it. Ingemar Åberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Roos in the 40th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Protegéerna's goal looked a bit too open when Henry Roos came free, but Ingemar Åberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denílson Albuquerque kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. 46 minutes into the game, Honung's Henry Roos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ingemar Åberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Petter Skarkman was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Protegéerna booed when Honung was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Lund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Honung made a substitution. Angel Lehoi replaced Johan Kilström. In the 56th minute, Roger Lund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Honung's zone, Petter Skarkman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benne M'ghirbi came out of the goal and Petter Skarkman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Honung's Angel Lehoi in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Protegéerna's goalie prevented a goal. Ingemar Åberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Lertora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute, Protegéerna's Yasen Súlov seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Yasen Súlov the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Protegéerna protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Yasen Súlov had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Protegéerna made a substitution. Bo Låsberg replaced Fernando Arango. Ingemar Åberg came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Honung's Angel Lehoi. But to his dismay, Angel Lehoi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. In the 76th minute, Angel Lehoi made a precise shot to the right of Ingemar Åberg. Protegéerna's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. Ingemar Åberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Lertora in the 79th minute of play. In the 84th match minute, Honung was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Lertora to maneuver through the defense. Ulrik Söderlund struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Benne M'ghirbi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Protegéerna. 92 minutes into the match, Simon Lertora notched a goal, 8-1, to the right of Protegéerna's Ingemar Åberg. Ingemar Åberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Honung's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
