Nestor Quirino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oséias Maia in the 3rd minute of the match. The supporters of América-SC F.C. booed when Real Ducks Sport Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Carlos Zonta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adrianinho Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabi Gol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adrianinho Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabi Gol in the 11th minute of play. Fellipe Travassos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adrianinho Carneiro made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Tostão Mineiro sent off a good shot on target. Pedro Luiz Quintal kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Tostão Mineiro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adrianinho Carneiro came out and tried to block the shot, but Tostão Mineiro slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 21st minute. Adrianinho Carneiro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gabi Gol showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 26 minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Tostão Mineiro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Adrianinho Carneiro, 4-0. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Tostão Mineiro put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Adrianinho Carneiro. After 38 minutes of play, América-SC F.C.'s Jaime Souza made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adrianinho Carneiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! 43 minutes into the game, João Carlos Zonta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Ducks Sport Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave América-SC F.C. the free kick. In the 43rd minute, João Carlos Zonta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Otávio Medeiros hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

The wind increased when Oséias Maia made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Tostão Mineiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrianinho Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrianinho Carneiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gabi Gol went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Adrianinho Carneiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tostão Mineiro's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Adrianinho Carneiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabi Gol in the 64th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the game, Jaime Souza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Adrianinho Carneiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaime Souza in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adrianinho Carneiro saved Real Ducks Sport Club from getting behind. Real Ducks Sport Club's Adrianinho Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabi Gol in the 74th minute of play. Adrianinho Carneiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tostão Mineiro in the 79th minute of the match. Real Ducks Sport Club's Adrianinho Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Souza in the 80th minute of play. Adrianinho Carneiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tostão Mineiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by América-SC F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edmílson Prado was slow to take the kick. During this time Real Ducks Sport Club's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to América-SC F.C. getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Elivélton de Castro hit a great ball. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind América-SC F.C.'s goalkeeper Nestor Quirino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Real Ducks Sport Club defense, Tostão Mineiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adrianinho Carneiro. The Real Ducks Sport Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adrianinho Carneiro should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabi Gol in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrianinho Carneiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 94 played minutes América-SC F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Souza. When the referee ended the match the América-SC F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
