But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Soner Turking couldn't finish the play. Papo Folgueras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavino Raymundo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Papo Folgueras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavino Raymundo, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 9th match minute, Estudiantes de América was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prospero Gabirel to maneuver through the defense. 9 minutes into the match, Estudiantes de América's goal looked a bit too open when Soner Turking came free, but Marcos Ranolfo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Concetto Trasatti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Papo Folgueras having to interfere. Soner Turking might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcos Ranolfo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Soner Turking ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Raymundo in the 16th minute of play forced Golden Dragón F.C's goalkeeper Papo Folgueras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Golden Dragón F.C's Papo Folgueras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Concetto Trasatti in the 16th minute of play. Marcos Ranolfo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Selim Mićić, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Soner Turking in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Ranolfo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Soner Turking took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Ranolfo. Marcos Ranolfo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 32 minutes into the match, Soner Turking had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Ranolfo. Estudiantes de América's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Soner Turking was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Traian Blăniță sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcos Ranolfo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Soner Turking in the 37th minute of the match. A collision led to Estudiantes de América getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Maximo Dei hit a great ball. In the 40th minute of the match, Gavino Raymundo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Papo Folgueras saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Papo Folgueras was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Concetto Trasatti capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Concetto Trasatti really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Marcos Ranolfo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Soner Turking, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Concetto Trasatti to make the kick off. Golden Dragón F.C's Papo Folgueras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Traian Blăniță in the 51st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Soner Turking's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcos Ranolfo was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Estudiantes de América's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zhang Yu Zhou was slow to take the kick. During this time Golden Dragón F.C's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Golden Dragón F.C's Emmanuel Vasco getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Estudiantes de América's Kraig Fred was substituted for Concetto Trasatti. In the 59th minute, Prospero Gabirel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Papo Folgueras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kraig Fred, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Golden Dragón F.C's Igon Ferrero was substituted for Zhang Yu Zhou. The corner led Estudiantes de América's Flavio Iraunkor to fire away a dangerous shot which Papo Folgueras despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kraig Fred in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Papo Folgueras saved Golden Dragón F.C from getting behind. Golden Dragón F.C's Xamo Melic was substituted for Selim Mićić. It was a well-played corner which Ceyhan Celvet managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 82nd minute, Kert Roolaid hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Papo Folgueras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornelio Ruisko in the 87th minute of the match. Ceyhan Celvet received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcos Ranolfo came out and tried to block the shot, but Ceyhan Celvet slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 92nd minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Golden Dragón F.C eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
