With a little luck, Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ's André Luís Lopez got control of the ball when Viorel Pintilie tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcus Talló recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ's André Luís Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Talló in the 14th minute of play. Viorel Pintilie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but André Luís Lopez made a huge save. The supporters of Nautilus booed when Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ariel Eztebe didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34thth minute of the game Pablo Gombal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nautilus's Anselmo Branco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Pablo Gombal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anselmo Branco was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ's André Luís Lopez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ from getting a goal against them. André Luís Lopez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Talló in the 45th minute of play. André Luís Lopez was out of position in the 48 minute of play, and Marcus Talló capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marcus Talló really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcus Talló was the one to do the kick off. Nautilus's Anselmo Branco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Elazar in the 55th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pablo Gombal got free with Anselmo Branco in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 60th minute, Armando Furlan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 62nd minute Viorel Pintilie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Luís Lopez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. André Luís Lopez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Talló in the 82nd minute of the match. Nautilus made a substitution. Enrique Loureiro replaced Emerson Teixeira. Nautilus's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wesley Popken in the 88th minute. Nautilus's Wesley Popken was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but André Luís Lopez in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Raul Elazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Branco having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ's Carlinhos de Brito seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Carlinhos de Brito the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Carlinhos de Brito had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Carlinhos de Brito kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. In the 97th minute, Wesley Popken got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nautilus's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
