With a little luck, Metapalo FC's Gavino Belarmo got control of the ball when Juan Corredor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Videl Mauriz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaudencio Hartz in the 7th minute of the match. Gavino Belarmo made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Juan Corredor sent off a good shot on target. In the 11th minute Juan Corredor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Belarmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Eriberto Belarmo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes into the game, Juan Corredor recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gavino Belarmo. Juan Corredor showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. MILLONARIOS FC's Videl Mauriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Pavone in the 18th minute of play. Gavino Belarmo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Corredor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ferdi Sekste hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute of the match, Fernado Sisalde got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gavino Belarmo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of MILLONARIOS FC booed when Metapalo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pablo Marmol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gavino Belarmo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Corredor in the 36th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, MILLONARIOS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Marmol came free, but Videl Mauriz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Juan Corredor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to MILLONARIOS FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Theo Hernández hit a great ball. 47 minutes into the game, Mariano Pavone cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Videl Mauriz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Metapalo FC made a substitution. Roni Arisandy replaced Mariano Pavone. Metapalo FC's Ronaldinho Hoffmann was substituted for Ferdi Sekste. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Juan Corredor made a kick off. Videl Mauriz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaudencio Hartz in the 58th minute of the match. When Roni Arisandy came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Metapalo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roni Arisandy couldn't finish the play. Gavino Belarmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernado Sisalde, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After a rather tough play, Metapalo FC's Nico Tagliafico got a free kick in the 67th minute. Gavino Belarmo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernado Sisalde in the 68th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Videl Mauriz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Roni Arisandy took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Videl Mauriz to make any attempt to save it. In the 74th minute Ronaldinho Hoffmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Videl Mauriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roni Arisandy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Videl Mauriz made a huge save. In the 78th minute Joop Deswarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Videl Mauriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. MILLONARIOS FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ronaldinho Hoffmann 87 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. 95 minutes into the game, Gaudencio Hartz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Videl Mauriz. Gaudencio Hartz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. The Metapalo FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
