After 22 minutes, Mateo Gamarra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Internet XAire and the Quebrachitos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd match minute, Internet XAire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Gamarra to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Internet XAire's goal looked a bit too open when Anacleto Indartsu came free, but Aurelio Rexino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adam Bareiro got free with Steve Kerr in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Danilo Ceandro's late challenge caught a Quebrachitos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Danilo Ceandro helped the player get up and apologised. Aurelio Rexino came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Quebrachitos FC's Erubiel Lizar. But to his dismay, Erubiel Lizar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristian Chan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Internet XAire getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Wincent Kosowski hit a great ball. In the 56th minute of the match Danilo Ceandro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Steve Kerr skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Quebrachitos FC booed when Internet XAire was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lázaro Elia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Steve Kerr took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vural Demirbaş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the game, Quebrachitos FC's Erubiel Lizar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aurelio Rexino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. Quebrachitos FC's Domingo Senen was substituted for Gaitan Casado. Quebrachitos FC's Jeremias Librado was substituted for Abdülhak Oyhan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vural Demirbaş in the 87th minute of play forced Quebrachitos FC's goalkeeper Steve Kerr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Steve Kerr showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wincent Kosowski in the 88th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Quebrachitos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Bareiro came free, but Steve Kerr reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vural Demirbaş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Steve Kerr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Quebrachitos FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
