Aníbal Berger was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 38 minutes into the match, Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Theodore came free, but Aníbal Berger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KIRICOCHO FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arnel Pansoy in the 39th minute. The corner ended in Arnel Pansoy almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's Aníbal Berger did a great save. Aníbal Berger came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by KIRICOCHO FC's Ernesto Theodore. But to his dismay, Ernesto Theodore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After the first half KIRICOCHO FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Facundo Torres was the one to do the kick off. Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's Aníbal Berger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lázaro Galsino in the 50th minute of play. Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's Aníbal Berger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Facundo Torres got free with Aníbal Berger in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's Aníbal Berger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo from getting a goal against them. When Caner Parshan came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the KIRICOCHO FC fans jumped to their feet. The corner ended in Lorenzo Mesanović almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KIRICOCHO FC's Jorge Errando did a great save. Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's Aníbal Berger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo from getting a goal against them. Facundo Torress short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Aníbal Berger to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. KIRICOCHO FC's Jorge Errando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos García in the 76th minute of play. Jorge Errando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Rozarius in the 77th minute of play. Donato Gonzalez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Jorge Errando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Facundo Torres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Aníbal Berger made a huge save. Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's Donato Gonzalez got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 93rd play minutes Facundo Torres shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Aníbal Berger and just under the crossbar into goal. The KIRICOCHO FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing KIRICOCHO FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
