Ted Kobbeltvedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hílton Pernambucano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute, Hemming Glykær hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ernst Barskov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, FC Drik's Ted Kobbeltvedt got control of the ball when Erivaldo Maia tried to sneak it across the goal line. José de Queirós had several of the FC Drik's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 56 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Ted Kobbeltvedt as he didn't even see the shot coming. The Guadalupe FC fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Guadalupe FC's Hílton Pernambucano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Erivaldo Maia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hílton Pernambucano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Ted Kobbeltvedt made a huge save. In the 94th minute Hílton Pernambucano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ted Kobbeltvedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
