An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacy Kosiorek in the 8th minute of play forced WZG Sandomierz's goalkeeper Olaf Basinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jakub Nieruchliwy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kajetan Wolniewicz in the 43rd minute of play. After the first half Mitschullen SSA were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

A collision led to WZG Sandomierz getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Stefan Zacharczyk hit a great ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mitschullen SSA had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
