In the 17th minute, Adrian Munio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute, Eustaquio Carballeira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Luciano Remir managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mazaredo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luciano Remir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodolfo Rico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guido Vimaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel De la Rosa in the 26th minute of the match. Guido Vimaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustaquio Carballeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the match, Couto Mixto F.C.'s goalkeeper Rodolfo Rico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anier Naike. Guido Vimaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel De la Rosa in the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Aznar Bueno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the game, Luciano Remir was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mazaredo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Couto Mixto F.C. the free kick. After a rather tough play, Mazaredo AFC's Luciano Remir got a free kick in the 38th minute. 45 minutes into the match, Mazaredo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Palle Irø came free, but Guido Vimaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 played minutes Couto Mixto F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Correa. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anier Naike to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Mazaredo AFC's Amadeo Pagomari got a free kick in the 54th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Couto Mixto F.C.'s zone, Luciano Remir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodolfo Rico came out of the goal and Luciano Remir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rodolfo Rico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Remir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mazaredo AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gavino Veremundo in the 64th minute. With a little luck, Mazaredo AFC's Guido Vimaro got control of the ball when Jerico Reyes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gavino Veremundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolfo Rico having to interfere. After 71 minutes, Adrian Munio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mazaredo AFC and the Couto Mixto F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 71st minute, Adrian Munio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Okke Manda took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Guido Vimaro. Mazaredo AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Couto Mixto F.C.'s Ubaldo Correa got a free kick in the 74th minute. When Manuel De la Rosa fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Couto Mixto F.C.'s protests and gave Manuel De la Rosa a yellow card for diving instead. 80 minutes into the game, Mazaredo AFC's Anier Naike nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rodolfo Rico made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. When Manuel De la Rosa was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 88 minutes had been played. In the 88th minute, Manuel De la Rosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anier Naike recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xavier Macho's late challenge caught a Mazaredo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xavier Macho helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Couto Mixto F.C. getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Xavier Macho hit a great ball. Luciano Remir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Couto Mixto F.C. were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
