The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fortun Corrillos in the 5th minute of play forced ManagerZone Crew's goalkeeper Patrick Armstrong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peter Linkhorst sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Oylimpiamos Ψ defense, Peter Linkhorst kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oliverios Palma. The Oylimpiamos Ψ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oliverios Palma should have stopped the shot. Oliverios Palma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Ununger, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. A collision led to ManagerZone Crew getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Marcus Majewski hit a great ball. After 19 played minutes ManagerZone Crew got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Sjöstrand. When Bartolo Bachicabo came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Oylimpiamos Ψ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bartolo Bachicabo couldn't finish the play. 27 minutes into the match, ManagerZone Crew's goal looked a bit too open when Josué Madureira came free, but Patrick Armstrong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patrick Armstrong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oğuzhan Fişek, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. A collision led to Oylimpiamos Ψ getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Rik Quexada hit a great ball. Oğuzhan Fişek kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Patrick Armstrong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fortun Corrillos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robert Ununger during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Oylimpiamos Ψ booed when ManagerZone Crew was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Ununger didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Peter Linkhorst was the one to do the kick off. Patrick Armstrong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josué Madureira in the 52nd minute of play. ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save ManagerZone Crew from getting a goal against them. 57 minutes into the game, ManagerZone Crew's Robert Ununger nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oliverios Palma made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 62nd minute of the match, Fortun Corrillos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Patrick Armstrong was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Andreas Spante's late challenge caught a Oylimpiamos Ψ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andreas Spante helped the player get up and apologised. In the 64th match minute, ManagerZone Crew was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Spante to maneuver through the defense. Oğuzhan Fişek scored 2-1 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Patrick Armstrong, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind ManagerZone Crew's goalkeeper Patrick Armstrong, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Patrick Armstrong was a little too slow when Oğuzhan Fişek got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 2-2. In the 78th minute Thorbjörn Olerius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliverios Palma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind ManagerZone Crew's goalkeeper Patrick Armstrong, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Oğuzhan Fişek kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Patrick Armstrong. That made the score 2-3 in the 81 minute of play. Fortun Corrillos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Patrick Armstrong made a huge save. After some careless play in the ManagerZone Crew defense, Fortun Corrillos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patrick Armstrong. The ManagerZone Crew fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrick Armstrong should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong got control of the ball when Fortun Corrillos tried to sneak it across the goal line. The ManagerZone Crew fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Oylimpiamos Ψ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
