Gladiators's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Folke Engman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Jesse Pinkman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Medardo in the 11th minute of play. Roman Ostadar kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 23rd match minute, Gladiators was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Medardo to maneuver through the defense. Jesse Pinkman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angelo Medardo in the 29th minute. Aquilino Osmundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Folke Engman in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 38th minute Sven-Erik Hermansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Osmundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Severino Caetano came free with the goalkeeper in the 40th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jesse Pinkman could save by the left post. 46 minutes into the game, David Oliviero recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jesse Pinkman. David Oliviero showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Folke Engman made a kick off. Jesse Pinkman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Severino Caetano's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. A collision led to Malmö White Knights getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Ingvar Bjursell hit a great ball. Roman Ostadar struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino Caetano in the 62nd minute of play forced Malmö White Knights's goalkeeper Jesse Pinkman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 minutes of play, Malmö White Knights's Sven-Erik Hermansson made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aquilino Osmundo was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Malmö White Knights's Ingvar Bjursell got a free kick in the 68th minute.
