When Ferenc Puskás came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Dunakeszi Lake City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferenc Puskás couldn't finish the play. After having played for 16 minutes, András Sebestyén managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dunakeszi Lake City's supporters crossed their fingers, but András Sebestyén was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hernan Estevon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Szabolcs Káposztás, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. András Sebestyén was the one to do the kick off. Medias Rotas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when András Sebestyén scored to the left of an out of position Hernan Estevon, making the score, 1-2. 59 minutes into the match, Medias Rotas's goalkeeper Hernan Estevon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by András Sebestyén. When the match was over Dunakeszi Lake City could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Medias Rotas throughout the match.
