Estrela Futebol Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Prospero Florin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Arsenio Enaut charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arsenio Enaut the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 34th minute, Log Horizon's Astor Iraido seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Astor Iraido the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Log Horizon protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Astor Iraido had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Log Horizon getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Astor Iraido hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Estrela Futebol Club's Sebastião Marinho got a free kick in the 38th minute. After 41 minutes of play, Log Horizon's Sixto Evis made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Paiva was left in no man's land by his defense there! David Paiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Evis in the 45th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Sixto Evis made a precise shot to the right of David Paiva. Estrela Futebol Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olavo do Nascimento was the one to do the kick off. Sixto Evis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Estrela Futebol Club's David Paiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Evis in the 57th minute of play. César Faria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Estrela Futebol Club's zone, Silvestre Regis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Paiva came out of the goal and Silvestre Regis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Antonio Casado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. David Paiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. David Paiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sixto Evis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jano Alvarenga during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th minute, Antonio Casado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Log Horizon walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
