Denis Gaufred sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lazar Kujundžić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Tome, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Thornhill City's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Gaufred came free, but Lazar Kujundžić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute, Miloš Krsmanović fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Paolo Urko, passed just outside the right post. In the 17th match minute, Pretorianos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gavino Felipo to maneuver through the defense. Božo Vukov's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Paolo Urko - 1-0 was put on the score board in the 25th minute. Arnaldo Tome sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Thornhill City's goalkeeper Lazar Kujundžić, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 34 minutes into the match, Pretorianos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ninoslav Mijanović came free, but Paolo Urko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Denis Gaufred had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miloš Krsmanović was the one to do the kick off. Paolo Urko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Žika Dinčić in the 52nd minute of the match. Denis Gaufred charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Denis Gaufred the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Pretorianos FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Denis Gaufred hit a great ball. Paolo Urko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miloš Krsmanović in the 61st minute of the match. Paolo Urko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ninoslav Mijanović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nemanja Vlahović kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Pretorianos FC's Gavino Felipo got a free kick in the 64th minute. If Denis Gaufred had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 74 played minutes Thornhill City got a freekick which was hit by Žika Dinčić. Lazar Kujundžić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Tome in the 75th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes Pretorianos FC got a freekick which was hit by Jeremias Oton. The supporters of Pretorianos FC booed when Thornhill City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Božo Vukov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Denis Gaufred received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Lazar Kujundžić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute Ninoslav Mijanović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paolo Urko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Thornhill City's Ninoslav Mijanović sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paolo Urko narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
