SAN MARTIN MZA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dorel Ilinca helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Coritiba Foot Ball Club getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Dorel Ilinca hit a great ball. Delfim Dantas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesus Abad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benedito de Azevedo's late challenge caught a C.A. In the 20th minute Thiago Machado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Markel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zeledon Markel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steve Hyuga in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Steve Hyuga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA defense, Thiago Machado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zeledon Markel. The C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zeledon Markel should have stopped the shot. Zeledon Markel came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Thiago Machado. But to his dismay, Thiago Machado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After some careless play in the C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA defense, Thiago Machado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zeledon Markel. The C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zeledon Markel should have stopped the shot. In the 62nd minute, Thiago Machado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zeledon Markel was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Caetano Ponta scored 7-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zeledon Markel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benedito de Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. If Thiago Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zeledon Markel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thiago Machado in the 74th minute of the match. In the 76th minute Thiago Machado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Markel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 78 minutes, Teofilo Quintyn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teofilo Quintyn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
