With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kenneth Galdes in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marek Levý saved Mágové from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Filfla United's Bernard Fiott got a free kick in the 15th minute. Aaron Tonna charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aaron Tonna the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dragan Semecký shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Harry Seguna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zdeněk Kocman, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. If Kenneth Galdes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute, Miguel Xuereb ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marek Levý was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Filfla United's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Kenneth Galdes scored 2-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marek Levý, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 40 minutes into the game, Filfla United's Miguel Xuereb nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marek Levý made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Marek Levý didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miguel Xuereb went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. If Miguel Xuereb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zdeněk Kocman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bernard Fiott recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
