When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Tadeu Chaves took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Denis Vâlceanu to make any attempt to save it. In the 8th match minute, Transilvania Impalers 06 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mugurel Cristoiu to maneuver through the defense. After 10th play minutes Fausto Rosado shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Denis Vâlceanu and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 14th minute Gil Sarmento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Vâlceanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Afonsinho Nunes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucian Amurăriței, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denis Vâlceanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeu Chaves in the 21st minute of play. In the 27th minute Fausto Rosado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Vâlceanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 28 minutes of play, Clube Atletico Alagoano's Luiz Guilherme Neves made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Denis Vâlceanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Valeriu Zegreanu fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Transilvania Impalers 06's protests and gave Valeriu Zegreanu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 40th minute of the match Edvaldo Peixoto shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Denis Vâlceanu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fausto Rosado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Denis Vâlceanu made a huge save. Fausto Rosado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Denis Vâlceanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Romeo Condescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Denis Vâlceanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Rosado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Clube Atletico Alagoano's Fausto Rosado, in the 51st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Clube Atletico Alagoano. Denis Vâlceanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeu Chaves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57thth minute of the game Fausto Rosado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Transilvania Impalers 06's Denis Vâlceanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Transilvania Impalers 06 defense, Fausto Rosado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Denis Vâlceanu. The Transilvania Impalers 06 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Denis Vâlceanu should have stopped the shot. 64 minutes into the game, Clube Atletico Alagoano's Tadeu Chaves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Denis Vâlceanu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. With a little luck, Clube Atletico Alagoano's Afonsinho Nunes got control of the ball when Teodor Balotă tried to sneak it across the goal line. Transilvania Impalers 06's Denis Vâlceanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Rosado in the 72nd minute of play. Teodor Balotă kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Romeo Condescu kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Condescu in the 79th minute of play forced Clube Atletico Alagoano's goalkeeper Afonsinho Nunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute, Luiz Guilherme Neves left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Clube Atletico Alagoano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. After having played for 84 minutes, Fausto Rosado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clube Atletico Alagoano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fausto Rosado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gil Sarmento scored 8-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Denis Vâlceanu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Denis Vâlceanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Rosado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denis Vâlceanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Rosado in the 92nd minute of the match. There was no doubt that Clube Atletico Alagoano were the better team. Clube Atletico Alagoano's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
