When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Everardo Regis put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Haroldo Emenon. 10 minutes into the game, Esteve Erramu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Re Loco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Cosa Nostra the free kick. After 10 played minutes Re Loco got a freekick which was hit by Esteve Erramu. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Clodoveo Herensuge in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonel Rafe saved La Cosa Nostra from getting behind. Haroldo Emenon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Everardo Regis went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Leonel Rafe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erubiel Cambranes in the 21st minute of play. A collision led to La Cosa Nostra getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Eustacio Llorienzo hit a great ball. Everardo Regis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Haroldo Emenon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. After 29 played minutes La Cosa Nostra got a freekick which was hit by Eustacio Llorienzo. Everardo Regis scored 3-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Haroldo Emenon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Everardo Regis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Everardo Regis was the one to do the kick off. Anier Havier hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Reynaldo Rami fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Emenon having to interfere. After 55 minutes of play, La Cosa Nostra's Everardo Regis made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Haroldo Emenon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Re Loco made a substitution. Anastasio Elizardo replaced Gualterio Hori. Everardo Regis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Emenon having to interfere. Everardo Regis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Haroldo Emenon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Mateo Joachim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the match, Re Loco's goal looked a bit too open when Everardo Regis came free, but Haroldo Emenon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Re Loco's zone, Everardo Regis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haroldo Emenon came out of the goal and Everardo Regis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Haroldo Emenon came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by La Cosa Nostra's Everardo Regis. But to his dismay, Everardo Regis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. When Everardo Regis came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the La Cosa Nostra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Everardo Regis couldn't finish the play. Leonel Rafe made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Esteve Erramu sent off a good shot on target. Leonel Rafe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niceto Elia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 84 played minutes La Cosa Nostra got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo Rami. In the 88th minute, Esteve Erramu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonel Rafe was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. After 93 minutes, Everardo Regis made it 7-2 with a short kick to the right side. Re Loco's Haroldo Emenon tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. La Cosa Nostra's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
