The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Burgdorf SSA defense, Marcos Villalcazar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zbyszek Cholewa. The Burgdorf SSA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zbyszek Cholewa should have stopped the shot. Burgdorf SSA's Zbyszek Cholewa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Villalcazar in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Firman Salan in the 7th minute of play forced Burgdorf SSA's goalkeeper Zbyszek Cholewa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zbyszek Cholewa came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by C.D. Ciudad de Soria's Marcos Villalcazar. But to his dismay, Marcos Villalcazar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Villalcazar in the 17th minute of play forced Burgdorf SSA's goalkeeper Zbyszek Cholewa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute Marcos Villalcazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszek Cholewa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ksawery Kopacz came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Burgdorf SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ksawery Kopacz couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Villalcazar in the 30th minute of play forced Burgdorf SSA's goalkeeper Zbyszek Cholewa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute Leal Roig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszek Cholewa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute, Firman Salan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.D. Ciudad de Soria fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Zbyszek Cholewa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Firman Salan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucas Sabina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ksawery Kopacz in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Leal Roig was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.D. Ciudad de Soria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Burgdorf SSA the free kick. After a rather tough play, C.D. Ciudad de Soria's Leal Roig got a free kick in the 41st minute. Leal Roig kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcos Villalcazar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 61st match minute, C.D. Ciudad de Soria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Firman Salan to maneuver through the defense. Burgdorf SSA's Zbyszek Cholewa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Villalcazar in the 70th minute of play. Zbyszek Cholewa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Firman Salan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Burgdorf SSA's Zbyszek Cholewa got control of the ball when Marcos Villalcazar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Burgdorf SSA's Zbyszek Cholewa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Platon Pedraza in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Jan Dobilas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the match, Burgdorf SSA's goalkeeper Zbyszek Cholewa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cebrián Sans. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cebrián Sans in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zbyszek Cholewa saved Burgdorf SSA from getting behind. After 82 played minutes Burgdorf SSA got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Bronkala. 83 minutes into the match, Marcos Villalcazar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zbyszek Cholewa. Burgdorf SSA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcos Villalcazar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. C.D. Ciudad de Soria's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
