The audience was convinced that Enes Ehlimen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Muammer Bozbey was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. After 15 played minutes KARŞIYAKA got a freekick which was hit by Özal Baykutay. When BORAN FIRTINASI's Enes Ehlimen in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With his leg Muammer Bozbey managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when BORAN FIRTINASI's Enes Ehlimen fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 40th minute of the match Mesut Saatçioğlu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Muammer Bozbey skillfully saved the ball. Sermet Özaydın showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gökberk Usalp in the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

Okanay Ermiye kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Rüstem Dalan kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 60th minute Enes Ehlimen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Muammer Bozbey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute, Baturay Yalın got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. KARŞIYAKA's Muammer Bozbey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enes Ehlimen in the 72nd minute of play. Oğuzhan Gökyüzü hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. BORAN FIRTINASI's Enes Ehlimen got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Enes Ehlimen might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Muammer Bozbey. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enes Ehlimen ran back to his position shaking his head. When Lütfullah Vezir came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the BORAN FIRTINASI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lütfullah Vezir couldn't finish the play. After 89th play minutes Enes Ehlimen shot 7-2, a short shot which went by Muammer Bozbey and just under the crossbar into goal. 93 minutes into the match, KARŞIYAKA's goal looked a bit too open when Enes Ehlimen came free, but Muammer Bozbey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KARŞIYAKA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
