With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lázaro Erramun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 21 minutes into the match, Lanny Lilly had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lázaro Erramun. Tequileros FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lanny Lilly was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After some careless play in the Tequileros FC defense, Lanny Lilly kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lázaro Erramun. The Tequileros FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lázaro Erramun should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Ivar Eklund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lázaro Erramun was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Lanny Lilly did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-14 to the left of a surprised Lázaro Erramun 93 minutes into the match.
