After 4 played minutes B68 Toftir got a freekick which was hit by Dimitri Faber. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dimitri Faber in the 9th minute of play forced Palestine's goalkeeper Polat Ozanalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Palestine's Alphan Tezalp got a free kick in the 11th minute. Polat Ozanalp didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Scipio Canclini went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arne De Souza got free with Polat Ozanalp in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 21st minute, Benjamin Šeško reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Polat Ozanalp. The goal made the score 3-0. Polat Ozanalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitri Faber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, B68 Toftir's goal looked a bit too open when Fazlı Özkutay came free, but Giorgi Mamardashvili reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Polat Ozanalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitri Faber in the 29th minute of play. Palestine's Polat Ozanalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitri Faber in the 31st minute of play. Palestine's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Dimitri Faber scored to the left of an out of position Polat Ozanalp, making the score, 4-0. Scipio Canclini struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Polat Ozanalp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for B68 Toftir. A collision led to B68 Toftir getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Arne De Souza hit a great ball. In the 48th minute, Yasin Şanberk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Giorgi Mamardashvili was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hazım Rikap to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Ueli Cheda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the match, B68 Toftir's goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hazım Rikap. 59 minutes into the match, Palestine's goal looked a bit too open when Scipio Canclini came free, but Polat Ozanalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to B68 Toftir getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Arne De Souza hit a great ball. In the 71st minute Donato Eichenberger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Polat Ozanalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Donato Eichenberger made a precise shot to the right of Polat Ozanalp. Palestine's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. Palestine's Polat Ozanalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Šeško in the 78th minute of play. Alphan Tezalp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Giorgi Mamardashvili made a huge save. In the 84th minute, Dimitri Faber left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The B68 Toftir fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1. Dimitri Faber recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Donato Eichenberger notched a goal, 9-1, to the right of Palestine's Polat Ozanalp. Polat Ozanalp was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 93 minutes into the match, Palestine's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Šeško came free, but Polat Ozanalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th match minute, B68 Toftir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cedric Stegmeier to maneuver through the defense. Giorgi Mamardashvili made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Hazım Rikap sent off a good shot on target. B68 Toftir's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
