Higinio Tximitx started the match with the kick off. After 10 minutes MDQ Raptors FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ulises Abusleme who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Fernando Tolhauzsen heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipe Hernández got free with Ruperto Bastia in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernando Tolhauzsen in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ruperto Bastia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Próspero Friederichs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Tximitx in the 16th minute of play. In the 17thth minute of the game Higinio Tximitx who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AFC Richmond's Próspero Friederichs was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 24th minute of the game Hermengildo Hulberto made a throw-in which 杨云鹏 played forward. In the 29th minute of the match AFC Richmond got a corner. MDQ Raptors FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ulises Abusleme ran over to the corner to take the kick. AFC Richmond's Próspero Friederichs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Etxatxu in the 32nd minute of play. After 35 minutes of play, MDQ Raptors FC's Tomás Etxatxu made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Próspero Friederichs was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Remicio Price in the 38th minute of play forced MDQ Raptors FC's goalkeeper Ruperto Bastia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The audience was convinced that Remicio Price's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ruperto Bastia was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. AFC Richmond were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after MDQ Raptors FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ulises Abusleme took the corner. AFC Richmond's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when 杨云鹏 scored to the left of an out of position Próspero Friederichs, making the score, 0-4. MDQ Raptors FC's Ruperto Bastia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Arostegui in the 70th minute of play. With his leg Próspero Friederichs managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when MDQ Raptors FC's Higinio Tximitx fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Higinio Tximitx got free with Próspero Friederichs in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Higinio Tximitx kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. A collision led to MDQ Raptors FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Amador Harriet hit a great ball. After 80 played minutes AFC Richmond got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Tolhauzsen. Higinio Tximitxs short, quick shot in the 82ndth minute got Próspero Friederichs to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ruperto Bastia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remicio Price, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 83 minutes into the game, AFC Richmond's Remicio Price nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ruperto Bastia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Ruperto Bastia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Arostegui, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The AFC Richmond fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. MDQ Raptors FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
