Jurgen Ottens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Varennes booed when SCARFACE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luc Ensing didn't get a good kick on the ball. Randell McCullough could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Giovanni Braamhaar made a huge save. Oscar Weken kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Giovanni Braamhaar made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Lee Coffman sent off a good shot on target. Giovanni Braamhaar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ellsworth Lindsay, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jurgen Ottens in the 53rd minute of play forced Varennes's goalkeeper Brice Leach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elias Pereira kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, SCARFACE's Edward van Asten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Brice Leach narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Ellsworth Lindsay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 65 played minutes Varennes got a freekick which was hit by Lazare Long. If Brenton Carrasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ellsworth Lindsay struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Giovanni Braamhaar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Varennes. With a little luck, Varennes's Brice Leach got control of the ball when Edward van Asten tried to sneak it across the goal line. Toni Zwarthoet hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute Ellsworth Lindsay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giovanni Braamhaar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 80 minutes, Toni Zwarthoet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SCARFACE and the Varennes players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 80th match minute, SCARFACE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toni Zwarthoet to maneuver through the defense. Varennes's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jurgen Ottens 82 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. A collision led to Varennes getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Adolphe Murdock hit a great ball. Jurgen Ottens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Brice Leach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brenton Carrasco scored 2-1 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Giovanni Braamhaar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 95th minute, Ellsworth Lindsay made a precise shot to the right of Giovanni Braamhaar. SCARFACE's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. SCARFACE's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
