Arnaldo Ledesma breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arno Slegers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Arno Slegers got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's Eugenio Patrido quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Daevy Theys, made in the 18th minute of the game. Eugenio Patrido's late challenge caught a Les Bistouquettes Bleues's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eugenio Patrido helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1 getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Eugenio Patrido hit a great ball. Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Arno Slegers got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Matthy Sommers came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Les Bistouquettes Bleues fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matthy Sommers couldn't finish the play. After 30 played minutes Les Bistouquettes Bleues got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Uijtterhoven. Arno Slegers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Arnaldo Ledesma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's Eugenio Patrido got his second yellow card of the match in the 44th minute. The referee ordered Eugenio Patrido off the ground.

The wind increased when Freddy Bizen made the kick off in the second half. Freddy Bizen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 58 minutes of play, Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Matthy Sommers made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The supporters of Les Bistouquettes Bleues booed when TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Blasi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Matthy Sommers was slow to take the kick. During this time Les Bistouquettes Bleues's players had a chance to rest. Arnaldo Ledesma made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Matthy Sommers sent off a good shot on target. In the 92nd match minute, TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantino Gabon to maneuver through the defense. Matthy Sommers struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Arnaldo Ledesma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Les Bistouquettes Bleues. Les Bistouquettes Bleues played a much better game than TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1 and deserved their victory. The TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
