Spectators: 158 (Terracing: 119, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Osfinch FC's Jerome Sutton started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manole Verzea in the 6th minute of play forced Osfinch FC's goalkeeper Barney Torpey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Osfinch FC's Barney Torpey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manole Verzea in the 10th minute of play. Barney Torpey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manole Verzea in the 11th minute of play. Micheal Prendergast charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Micheal Prendergast the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th match minute, Osfinch FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Micheal Prendergast to maneuver through the defense. After 17 minutes of play, TGV RED DOGS's Florin Ţipirig made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Barney Torpey was left in no man's land by his defense there! Barney Torpey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavian Zaharia in the 21st minute of play. In the 21st minute Manole Verzea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barney Torpey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Manole Verzea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Barney Torpey. Osfinch FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manole Verzea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Osfinch FC's Barney Torpey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manole Verzea in the 29th minute of play. Barney Torpey came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by TGV RED DOGS's Codrin Sfârlea. But to his dismay, Codrin Sfârlea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 35th minute, Manole Verzea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TGV RED DOGS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. The referee gave Osfinch FC a penalty, 43 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Trevor Wells, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of TGV RED DOGS's Iosif Stroe. 1-5. If Piers Deacon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 1-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manole Verzea made a kick off. If Piers Deacon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. Codrin Sfârlea had several of the Osfinch FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 61 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-6 score and a disappointed Barney Torpey as he didn't even see the shot coming. Barney Torpey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manole Verzea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the match, Osfinch FC's goalkeeper Barney Torpey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Codrin Sfârlea. Manole Verzea scored 1-7 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Barney Torpey, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 72nd minute, Manole Verzea made a precise shot to the right of Barney Torpey. Osfinch FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-8. Osfinch FC were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after TGV RED DOGS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Trevor Wells took the corner. 86 minutes into the match, Osfinch FC's goal looked a bit too open when Codrin Sfârlea came free, but Barney Torpey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barney Torpey was a little too slow when Florin Ţipirig got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 2-9. A collision led to TGV RED DOGS getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Codrin Sfârlea hit a great ball. TGV RED DOGS played a much better game than Osfinch FC and deserved their victory. The Osfinch FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
