In the 14th minute, Saverio Todor made a precise shot to the right of Arsenio Gaskon. Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Arsenio Gaskon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauricio Teofilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After 20 minutes, Jonathan Marley mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo and the Academia de Campeones players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Academia de Campeones's zone, Emanuel Tiso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Rodas came out of the goal and Emanuel Tiso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arsenio Gaskon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's Arsenio Gaskon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Barros in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Barros came free, but Arsenio Gaskon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denis Blasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Academia de Campeones were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emanuel Tiso made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Academia de Campeones's goal looked a bit too open when Ariel Gimenez came free, but Fernando Rodas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arsenio Gaskon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Barros in the 73rd minute of the match. 73 minutes into the game, Academia de Campeones's Juan Barros nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arsenio Gaskon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. In the 77th minute Emanuel Tiso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Rodas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Teofilio in the 90th minute of play forced Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's goalkeeper Arsenio Gaskon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Academia de Campeones had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
