Célio Trancoso started the match with the kick off. Célio Trancoso's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nathan Mazeau firmly grabbed it by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Régis Martens during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Célio Trancosos short, quick shot in the 7thth minute got Nathan Mazeau to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 9 minutes, Rayanne Desprez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC Cristal and the CORINTHIANS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rayanne Desprez kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorian de Souza in the 19th minute of play forced AC Cristal's goalkeeper Nathan Mazeau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dorian de Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathan Mazeau having to interfere. If Dorian de Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Célio Trancoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nathan Mazeau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz da Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After a rather tough play, CORINTHIANS's Juninho Lira got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Thibault Le Boulanger's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Geovani Peres read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Hippolyte Thorel took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geovani Peres. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hippolyte Thorel in the 40th minute of play forced CORINTHIANS's goalkeeper Geovani Peres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the game, AC Cristal's Rayanne Desprez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Geovani Peres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 46 minutes into the match, AC Cristal's Thibault Le Boulanger sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Geovani Peres narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hippolyte Thorel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hippolyte Thorel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovani Peres having to interfere. If Omer Avrillon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute, Dorian de Souza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Régis Martens got his second yellow card in the match during the 61st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 62 played minutes AC Cristal got a freekick which was hit by Régis Martens. Dorian de Souza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Nathan Mazeau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. AC Cristal's Nathan Mazeau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz da Fonseca in the 65th minute of play. The supporters of CORINTHIANS booed when AC Cristal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. John-David Graf didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Dorian de Souza managed to get in a good position for a shot. CORINTHIANS's supporters rose to their feet, but Dorian de Souza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nathan Mazeau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. CORINTHIANS's Geovani Peres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rayanne Desprez in the 70th minute of play. AC Cristal were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after CORINTHIANS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hippolyte Thorel took the corner. Dorian de Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathan Mazeau having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, CORINTHIANS's goalkeeper Geovani Peres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rayanne Desprez. In the 80th minute, AC Cristal's Rayanne Desprez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. If Rayanne Desprez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of CORINTHIANS booed when AC Cristal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charles-Emmanuel Castelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Dorian de Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rayanne Desprez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. AC Cristal played a much better game than CORINTHIANS and deserved their victory. The CORINTHIANS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
