The coaching staff of Mulgimaa Kosilased protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Elmar Tõruke had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 8th minute of the game. One of Mulgimaa Kosilased:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC U Cluj-N:s goal. In the 23rd match minute, Mulgimaa Kosilased was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Nõmme to maneuver through the defense. David Bognar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edgar Traks tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute Cazimir Isaia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Traks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th match minute, Mulgimaa Kosilased was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pavel Valing to maneuver through the defense. Edgar Traks didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cazimir Isaia went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 95thth minute of the game Cazimir Isaia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mulgimaa Kosilased's Edgar Traks was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When David Bognar was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 96 minutes had been played. The supporters of Mulgimaa Kosilased booed when FC U Cluj-N was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Bognar didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC U Cluj-N's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
