The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Melquiades Bieito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th match minute, Tomitak Wrocław was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariusz Motyl to maneuver through the defense. Miromir Kasprzykowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gonzalo Guillelme. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Miromir Kasprzykowski ran back to his position shaking his head. Aureliano Pancho charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aureliano Pancho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Nueva Lepra FC's Aureliano Pancho got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariusz Motyl in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gonzalo Guillelme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Nueva Lepra FC booed when Tomitak Wrocław was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariusz Motyl didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Tomitak Wrocław getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Mariusz Motyl hit a great ball. Dobromir Gdowski came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Nueva Lepra FC's Alfredo Gaizkine. But to his dismay, Alfredo Gaizkine quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gonzalo Guillelme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miromir Kasprzykowski in the 31st minute. Nueva Lepra FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Dawid Siembab scored to the left of an out of position Gonzalo Guillelme, making the score, 1-1. Mariusz Motyl kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Nueva Lepra FC's Evaristo Astigar tried to score from far away in the 38th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Alfredo Gaizkine got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ludomir Szarmach hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After 45 minutes, Ludomir Szarmach mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tomitak Wrocław and the Nueva Lepra FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th match minute, Tomitak Wrocław was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludomir Szarmach to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariusz Motyl was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miromir Kasprzykowski in the 52nd minute of play forced Nueva Lepra FC's goalkeeper Gonzalo Guillelme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute, Mariusz Motyl made a precise shot to the right of Gonzalo Guillelme. Nueva Lepra FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Ludomir Szarmach hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Tomitak Wrocław's Dobromir Gdowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Tomitak Wrocław from getting a goal against them. Alfredo Gaizkine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Dobromir Gdowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dawid Siembab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomitak Wrocław's Miromir Kasprzykowski got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 78th minute Mariusz Motyl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonzalo Guillelme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Clemente Brais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Nueva Lepra FC booed when Tomitak Wrocław was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dawid Siembab didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Tomitak Wrocław's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Gaizkine came free, but Dobromir Gdowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd match minute, Tomitak Wrocław was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miromir Kasprzykowski to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the game, Mariusz Motyl cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Gonzalo Guillelme was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 94th minute Mariusz Motyl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonzalo Guillelme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariusz Motyl struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Gonzalo Guillelme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tomitak Wrocław. When the referee ended the match the Tomitak Wrocław players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
