Pan FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ezequiel Calderón was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 39th match minute, Pan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Quinteros to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pan FC's goalkeeper Jean-Pierre De la Cuadra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pan FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arnaldo Cedro in the 46th minute. Pan FC's Modesto Socorro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Evrosi Popsavov in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gediminas Donskis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nenko Abazov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pan FC's Jean-Pierre De la Cuadra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gediminas Donskis in the 56th minute of play. The supporters of Manchester United F.C. booed when Pan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro José Brodie didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Pan FC's Modesto Socorro in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A nice corner shot did that Arnaldo Cedro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Evrosi Popsavov quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 79th minute Modesto Socorro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evrosi Popsavov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Manchester United F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Socorro came free, but Evrosi Popsavov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 96 minutes of play, Pan FC's Modesto Socorro made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evrosi Popsavov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Manchester United F.C. were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
