Kléber Lira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Olympique Deleon's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Daskalakis came free, but Kléber Lira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute, Zé Augusto Paraíba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kléber Lira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Daskalakis in the 28th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

AFC Ajax made a substitution. Paschalis Kitsas replaced Giannis Rafailakis. Kléber Lira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paschalis Kitsas in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Olympique Deleon booed when AFC Ajax was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermis Panteliadis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moisés Santos in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thanasis Iliopoulos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dorotheos Tsiamakis kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Kléber Lira came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by AFC Ajax's Daniil Vouzas. But to his dismay, Daniil Vouzas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 68th minute, Zé Augusto Paraíba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kléber Lira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Daskalakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 73 played minutes Paschalis Kitsas rounded Olympique Deleon's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-4. Dorotheos Tsiamakis's late challenge caught a Olympique Deleon's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dorotheos Tsiamakis helped the player get up and apologised. After 83 played minutes AFC Ajax got a freekick which was hit by Dorotheos Tsiamakis. After 84 played minutes AFC Ajax got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Daskalakis.
