Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ramon Lizardi started the match with the kick off. La Scaloneta's Ramon Lizardi was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 6th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 10th minute, La Scaloneta's Ángel-Fabián Di María dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 17th minute Lionel Messi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurits Weinhardt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maurits Weinhardt came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by La Scaloneta's Ángel-Fabián Di María. But to his dismay, Ángel-Fabián Di María quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 28th match minute, Pheonix FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils Taffenberg to maneuver through the defense. Valentin Taurino kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Maurits Weinhardt made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Ángel-Fabián Di María sent off a good shot on target. Maurits Weinhardt was a little too slow when Ramon Lizardi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 5-0. When Ángel-Fabián Di María came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the La Scaloneta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ángel-Fabián Di María couldn't finish the play. Maurits Weinhardt was a little too slow when Lionel Messi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 6-0. 43 minutes into the match, Pheonix FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lionel Messi came free, but Maurits Weinhardt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Ramon Lizardi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Maurits Weinhardt, 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lionel Messi in the 47th minute of play forced Pheonix FC's goalkeeper Maurits Weinhardt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nils Taffenberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 56 minutes, Lionel Messi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Scaloneta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lionel Messi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maurits Weinhardt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Lizardi in the 58th minute of the match. Imran Treffer kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute Lionel Messi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurits Weinhardt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 67 minutes, Runar Hårdell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pheonix FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Runar Hårdell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 70 minutes into the match, Ramon Lizardi notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Pheonix FC's Maurits Weinhardt. Maurits Weinhardt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lionel Messi took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maurits Weinhardt. Maurits Weinhardt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. In the 83rd minute of the match, Nils Taffenberg got a very nice opportunity to score, but Adolfo Lohitzun was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 86th minute Lionel Messi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurits Weinhardt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lionel Messi scored 11-0 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maurits Weinhardt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Pheonix FC's zone, Ángel-Fabián Di María stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maurits Weinhardt came out of the goal and Ángel-Fabián Di María tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 93rd minute, Prudencio Hartz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Scaloneta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-0. 97 minutes into the match, Ramon Lizardi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maurits Weinhardt. Pheonix FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ramon Lizardi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 13-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. La Scaloneta had played much better football throughout.
