CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Válbson Miranda ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's corner Válbson Miranda fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eduardo Pereyra quite easily take care of the ball. If Anderson Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's McDonald Hamburger looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 27th minute, McDonald Hamburger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by McDonald Hamburger in the 29th minute of play forced CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854's goalkeeper Eduardo Pereyra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roberto-Carlos Catarinense hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854's zone, McDonald Hamburger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Pereyra came out of the goal and McDonald Hamburger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eduardo Pereyra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from McDonald Hamburger in the 37th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, McDonald Hamburger had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eduardo Pereyra. CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that McDonald Hamburger was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Fahl Gattuso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Eduardo Pereyra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854's Eduardo Pereyra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by McDonald Hamburger in the 46th minute of play. The supporters of CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854 booed when ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto-Carlos Catarinense didn't get a good kick on the ball.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Francisco Guerrero to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854's Alex Arce got a free kick in the 51st minute. Roberto-Carlos Catarinense received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eduardo Pereyra came out and tried to block the shot, but Roberto-Carlos Catarinense slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 52nd minute. Válbson Miranda kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's McDonald Hamburger slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eduardo Pereyra. That made the score 0-5 after 58 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Alex Arce managed to get in a good position for a shot. CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854's supporters rose to their feet, but Alex Arce was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Waldir Araújo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. McDonald Hamburger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. McDonald Hamburger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 66 played minutes ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ got a freekick which was hit by Orlando de Brito. Teo Frisco struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Waldir Araújo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854. McDonald Hamburger might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eduardo Pereyra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. McDonald Hamburger ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when McDonald Hamburger got free with Eduardo Pereyra in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 73rd minute McDonald Hamburger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Pereyra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Waldir Araújo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Guerrero in the 74th minute of play. Válbson Miranda came free with the goalkeeper in the 85th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Eduardo Pereyra could save by the left post. Eduardo Pereyra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from He Yuan Wen, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute.
