The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Wiliam Veiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedikt Altpeter having to interfere. With a little luck, FC Traktor Götz's Benedikt Altpeter got control of the ball when Cícero Munhoz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bernhard Nordhaus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hudson da Cunha having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Ramiro Perez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 45 played minutes FC Traktor Götz got a freekick which was hit by Marcel von Suttner. A hard shot by Ramiro Perez from long distance, 46 minutes into the match, got Benedikt Altpeter's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 47th match minute, FC Traktor Götz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernhard Nordhaus to maneuver through the defense.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wiliam Veiga to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Tocantinópolis EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walmir Capixaba to maneuver through the defense. FC Traktor Götz's Johannes Wimmer got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benedikt Altpeter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Wiliam Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Benedikt Altpeter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Many of FC Traktor Götz's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. FC Traktor Götz may have spent more time on the ball, but Tocantinópolis EC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
