The Brakkies New Bastards fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Brakkies New Bastards's Vince De Wortelaers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Brakkies New Bastards from getting a goal against them. With his leg Vince De Wortelaers managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when SSV Ulm 1846's Max Glotz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Vince De Wortelaers made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Max Glotz sent off a good shot on target. 16 minutes into the match, Brakkies New Bastards's goalkeeper Vince De Wortelaers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Max Glotz. When Leon Schwemer fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SSV Ulm 1846's protests and gave Leon Schwemer a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th minute, Leon Schwemer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Max Glotzs short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Vince De Wortelaers to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 27th match minute, Brakkies New Bastards was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arsene Grammet to maneuver through the defense. After 28 played minutes Brakkies New Bastards got a freekick which was hit by Teo Van De Wiele. The crowd rose to their feet as SSV Ulm 1846's Max Glotz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vince De Wortelaers. That made the score 1-1 after 29 minutes of play. When SSV Ulm 1846's Otfried Lintorf in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brakkies New Bastards's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, SSV Ulm 1846's Jakob Fricke got a free kick in the 35th minute. Simon Bachmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teo Van De Wiele, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The wind increased when Yens Uytebroeck made the kick off in the second half. Steffen Boede fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Bachmann having to interfere. 60 minutes into the game, Steffen Boede recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Simon Bachmann. Steffen Boede showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. The supporters of Brakkies New Bastards booed when SSV Ulm 1846 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Strzelczyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. SSV Ulm 1846's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Yens Uytebroeck scored to the left of an out of position Simon Bachmann, making the score, 3-3. Max Glotz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 74th play minutes Max Glotz shot 4-3, a short shot which went by Vince De Wortelaers and just under the crossbar into goal. Toader Kroos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vince De Wortelaers. Brakkies New Bastards's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Simon Bachmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teo Van De Wiele in the 78th minute of play. The supporters of SSV Ulm 1846 booed when Brakkies New Bastards was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steffen Boede didn't get a good kick on the ball. Max Glotz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vince De Wortelaers didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when SSV Ulm 1846's Max Glotz shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-3 in the ordered_time% minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. SSV Ulm 1846 had played much better football throughout.
