The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Ahmet Gündüz Temizkanoğlu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fabricio Otsoko, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Cappadocia FC's Kuddusî Uluğ got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 9th match minute, Atletas Campesinos F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elpidio Lartaun to maneuver through the defense. Aycan Paksu kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Cappadocia FC's Babür Devlet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eleuterio Nikola in the 16th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aycan Paksu in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabricio Otsoko saved Atletas Campesinos F.C. from getting behind. After 19 minutes, Manuel Atarratze mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atletas Campesinos F.C. and the Cappadocia FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th match minute, Atletas Campesinos F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Atarratze to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s goalkeeper Fabricio Otsoko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, Cappadocia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eleuterio Nikola came free, but Babür Devlet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute, Elpidio Lartaun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Babür Devlet was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. A collision led to Cappadocia FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Güntekin Beşir hit a great ball. Manuel Atarratze was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 36th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 40th match minute, Cappadocia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kuddusî Uluğ to maneuver through the defense. When Manuel Atarratze came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Atletas Campesinos F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Atarratze couldn't finish the play. 45 minutes into the game, Kuddusî Uluğ was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cappadocia FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atletas Campesinos F.C. the free kick. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jaime Ellande to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Eleuterio Nikola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Babür Devlet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Americo Urtats hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. A collision led to Cappadocia FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Ahmet Kutsi Başdemir hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the game, Ovidio Pabla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Babür Devlet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Ahmet Kutsi Başdemir was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 59 minutes had been played. Ahmet Kutsi Başdemir hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Babür Devlet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleuterio Nikola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cappadocia FC's goalkeeper Babür Devlet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aycan Uyguner charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aycan Uyguner the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Babür Devlet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Pabla in the 68th minute of play. Cappadocia FC's Babür Devlet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eleuterio Nikola in the 69th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Jaime Ellande kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Babür Devlet. That made the score 1-3 in the 72 minute of play. In the 74th minute, Jaime Ellande reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Babür Devlet. The goal made the score 1-4. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Jaime Ellande took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Babür Devlet to make any attempt to save it. Babür Devlet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Ellande in the 84th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Arsenio Canor in the 89th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Cappadocia FC's Aydemir Okyar. When the final whistle sounded Atletas Campesinos F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cappadocia FC.
