In the 8th minute, Godfredo Orlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mehmet Özdilek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Nery Pumpido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Papato Tatengue's Daniel Salamon got a free kick in the 19th minute. Ramiz Özay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiz Özay in the 24th minute of play forced Papato Tatengue's goalkeeper Nery Pumpido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Papato Tatengue's Lucas Ipar seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Lucas Ipar the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Papato Tatengue protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Lucas Ipar had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Lucas Ipar kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Çağrı Vafi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nery Pumpido. Papato Tatengue's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Papato Tatengue's zone, Ramiz Özay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nery Pumpido came out of the goal and Ramiz Özay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Papato Tatengue's Basilio Gaskon got a free kick in the 36th minute. Daniel Salamon charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Salamon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Dikili Sahil Spor booed when Papato Tatengue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Salamon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nery Pumpido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çağrı Vafi, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 45th minute, Rogelio Enmanuel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nery Pumpido stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arif Çelebi Rical's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Papato Tatengue's Nery Pumpido proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Papato Tatengue from getting a goal against them. Göktuğ Hiçyılmaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godfredo Orlin in the 53rd minute of play. After having played for 55 minutes, Godfredo Orlin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Papato Tatengue's supporters crossed their fingers, but Godfredo Orlin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Basilio Gaskon kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. The supporters of Dikili Sahil Spor booed when Papato Tatengue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basilio Gaskon didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Ali Gültiken took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Nery Pumpido to make any attempt to save it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Godfredo Orlin in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Göktuğ Hiçyılmaz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With an all-out effort, Dikili Sahil Spor's Nery Pumpido threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mehmet Özdilek, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 92 minutes into the match, Papato Tatengue's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Gültiken came free, but Nery Pumpido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Despite being the better team, Dikili Sahil Spor failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
