Alberigo Brini hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Ali Yılmaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Eurospeed Asti getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Fausto Pinti hit a great ball. In the 19thth minute of the game Fausto Pinti who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but POZANTI SPOR's Clodio Taffarel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the POZANTI SPOR defense, Fausto Pinti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clodio Taffarel. The POZANTI SPOR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clodio Taffarel should have stopped the shot. In the 28th minute, Fausto Pinti left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Eurospeed Asti fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. POZANTI SPOR's Clodio Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Barberio in the 33rd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, POZANTI SPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Barberio came free, but Clodio Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felice Mazzocchetti kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Carmine Maestri struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Clodio Taffarel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eurospeed Asti. If Ali Yılmaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 41st minute, Fausto Pinti made a precise shot to the right of Clodio Taffarel. POZANTI SPOR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Fausto Pinti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Clodio Taffarel having to make a save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Ali Numan İbrahimoğlu made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Şaban Dizdar during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, POZANTI SPOR's Şaban Dizdar got a free kick in the 51st minute. The supporters of Eurospeed Asti booed when POZANTI SPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erhan Konuk didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute Ali Yılmaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damiano Battisti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fausto Pinti who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Clodio Taffarel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ali Numan İbrahimoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Damiano Battisti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 67 minutes, Fausto Pinti made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. POZANTI SPOR's Clodio Taffarel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ali Yılmaz charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ali Yılmaz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ali Yılmaz kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Bernardo Barberio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eurospeed Asti's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardo Barberio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Clodio Taffarel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eurospeed Asti's Carmine Maestri got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Ali Yılmaz came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the POZANTI SPOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Yılmaz couldn't finish the play. Clodio Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Barberio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes into the game, Bernardo Barberio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Clodio Taffarel. Bernardo Barberio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. If Bernardo Barberio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Eurospeed Asti left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than POZANTI SPOR.
