When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Drew Latham put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Andres Madaleno. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hermengildo Araoz to make the kick off. Dante Boles took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Andres Madaleno. El Lobo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Drew Latham in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andres Madaleno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Drew Latham's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andres Madaleno was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. A collision led to El Lobo getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Niceto Saturnin hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Drew Latham in the 92nd minute of play forced El Lobo's goalkeeper Andres Madaleno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
