Timur Akyıldız made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Iraitz in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Ünsal Güdü got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Timur Akyıldız didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benicio Beltza went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The long shot by Rahman Timurtas in the 23rd minute really tested Nicolás DAndrea's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Herminio Miliano was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 28 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Defensores del Ángel Gris fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 30 minutes, OSMANİYE FK 1996's Mehmet Halis İpekdal got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Nicolás DAndrea. In the 32nd minute, Braulio Cerilo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 35 played minutes Defensores del Ángel Gris got a freekick which was hit by Benicio Beltza. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faruk Nafiz Somer in the 36th minute of play forced Defensores del Ángel Gris's goalkeeper Nicolás DAndrea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulino Iraitz might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Timur Akyıldız. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paulino Iraitz ran back to his position shaking his head. Benicio Beltza kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute Faruk Nafiz Somer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolás DAndrea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Faruk Nafiz Somer made a kick off. Nicolás DAndrea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berker Perker in the 51st minute of play. Mehmet Halis İpekdal made a great header on OSMANİYE FK 1996's corner, it was just that Defensores del Ángel Gris's Nicolás DAndrea managed to reach the ball for a save. With a little luck, OSMANİYE FK 1996's Timur Akyıldız got control of the ball when Paulino Iraitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nicolás DAndrea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Faruk Nafiz Somer's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. The supporters of OSMANİYE FK 1996 booed when Defensores del Ángel Gris was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benicio Beltza didn't get a good kick on the ball. The OSMANİYE FK 1996 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Defensores del Ángel Gris's performance. The match ended with a win for Defensores del Ángel Gris.
