Uriel Cordearo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Juan Morata made a huge save. 10 minutes in the game, Uriel Cordearo dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Virgilio Van Dijck could shoot a difficult shot in the 13th minute, which Juan Morata however easily saved by the left post. Dalmacio Pello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Jax in the 16th minute of play. After a rather tough play, GERLIROJO Ψ's Eulalio Ekain got a free kick in the 20th minute. Juan Morata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Nofre in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute of the game Faouzi Ghoulam made a throw-in which Hong Yi Yang played forward. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Martin Jax managed to get in a good position for a shot. GERLIROJO Ψ's supporters rose to their feet, but Martin Jax was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dalmacio Pello breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Tello AFC booed when GERLIROJO Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Oliverios didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Morata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgilio Van Dijck in the 40th minute of the match.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Martin Jax to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pastor Nofre in the 83rd minute of play forced GERLIROJO Ψ's goalkeeper Juan Morata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Jorge Orkatz notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of GERLIROJO Ψ's Juan Morata. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
