Abel Iban's late challenge caught a Chinese CJ Youth Academy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abel Iban helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th minute, Abel Iban hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's David Abad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Berdoi in the 21st minute of play. Turgut Soyuer might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pankracy Glogowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Turgut Soyuer ran back to his position shaking his head. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Turgut Soyuer, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute Turgut Soyuer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's David Abad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Chinese CJ Youth Academy from getting a goal against them. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atlético Atlanta's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Turgut Soyuer was slow to take the kick. During this time Chinese CJ Youth Academy's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Chinese CJ Youth Academy's corner Su Jian Jie fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pankracy Glogowski quite easily take care of the ball. In the 38th minute Anselmo Nevada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Abad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Turgut Soyuer, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Turgut Soyuer in the 51st minute of play. 51 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Turgut Soyuer came free, but Pankracy Glogowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luan Pombo got free with Pankracy Glogowski in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 57 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Turgut Soyuer. Luan Pombo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Pankracy Glogowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski got control of the ball when Turgut Soyuer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Turgut Soyuer struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Pankracy Glogowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chinese CJ Youth Academy. Pankracy Glogowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Turgut Soyuer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Turgut Soyuer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pankracy Glogowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Turgut Soyuer in the 72nd minute. Turgut Soyuer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pankracy Glogowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Turgut Soyuer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Chinese CJ Youth Academy had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
